19 WEEKS

How far along: 19 Weeks 6 Days
Total weight gain:  Down 6 pounds from the amnio and being sick. That's going to change real fast laying here in bed though......My face always gets it first. Blah. I can even wear my pre pregnancy jeans again...for now.
Stretch Marks: None.
Sleep: Laying in bed all day, then trying to sleep at night is not working well.
Best moment this week: My Birthday and getting to get out of the house one day to go eat.
Miss anything: My work friends, freedom from this bed, my blond hair, sleeping on my stomach,
Movement: None. How i don't know because if you seen them on the ultrasound every time, you would think i would have to feel them....they are going crazy in there. lol. I read somewhere women who have an anterior placenta cant feel movement until later, which totally makes sense.
Food cravings: Coke floats
Anything making you sick/queasy: Nope
Labor pains: Nope, i had contractions after surgery but i couldn't feel them. They gave me medicine to calm them. Sometimes i feel strange tensions and wave like things going on.....im not sure what it is....
Wedding ring on or off: On
Belly button in or out: Its looking a little strange these days. Its definitely not out but i think it will be before long. Its red and burns and itches.....and flat out is the worst part so far. Little A is positioned right behind it, so i blame him.
Mood most of the time: Curious as to whats next and trying to stay positive.
Looking forward to: 3 more weeks....23 weeks when i start my steroid shots to mature the babies lungs for the outside. I will know they have reached viability and have a chance then. Praying for 28-34 weeks though.
Next appointment: Monday!!! I go weekly and sometimes twice a week!
Any new symptoms: I haven't really had any symptoms. I have been having back pain again though, probably due to me living my life in this bed.
Prego Moment of the week: I haven't really had any but while i was in Houston and obviously much bigger than i am now prior to surgery, i had my first preggo stranger encounter.....she said "are you having a boy?" I said  no, 2 boys....shes like "Ohhhh Myyyy". Lol... I haven't gotten the preggo interrogation yet in Okla..

19 WEEKS +5 AND MOMMYS BIRTHDAY

ME. LOOKIN NOT SO HOT...GETTING MY BLONDE BACK SLOWLY BUT SURELY, SO THATS A PLUS. I CANT WAIT TO BE A BLONDE AGAIN! NEVER MAKE THE DECISION TO DO SOMETHING MAJOR TO YOUR HAIR WHILE YOU ARE PREGGO....IT CHANGES YOUR WAY OF THINKING....LOL.

DADDYS BIRTHDAY GIFTS TO ME =)
AN OWL TO ADD TO MY COLLECTION (OR MAYBE THE BABYS ROOM)

THE BEST PRESENT OF THEM ALL.....LOL
MAKING BED REST A LITTLE EASIER
I SERIOUSLY CANT BELIEVE HE THOUGHT OF THAT!

Pappadeaux's

Of coarse while we were in Galveston and Houston, We were there for the weekend of Mardi Gras, and they mean business down there.... Houses decorated, parades, concerts.....So if you ever get a chance to eat at a Pappadeaux....i highly suggest it. There are different locations like Dallas and such. We had Boudin, Lobster, Crawfish Etouffee, The bread was amazing, the dessert was amazing and the atmosphere was like something we had never experienced before. I ate and ate and ate.....lol.

Sentenced to Bed Rest

Bed rest would be great........... I can't say, I agree, but I can't speak for everybody, I guess.
Anyone on bed rest has probably experienced the family member or friend who says she or he wishes they'd be sentenced to bed rest for some relaxation. It's mind blowingly strange to say that given the circumstances which normally sends someone to bed rest.
I received my bed rest sentence the second i got out of surgery, i was on modified bed rest prior, and here i am over a week later. One week feels like one month. I pity my dear friends and other ladies that i know that are on bed rest for the remainder of their pregnancy. I know its a must for my incisions to heal and to give the babies a fighting chance. That's the only thing that's keeping me down. It's difficult to have life on-hold with so much uncertainty, especially since I am such a planner.  I can't tell my work when I will leave again, when i will have the babies or what will happen.
I have had visits with my high risk doctor and my normal OBGYN since i have been home, She talked a lot about statistics and survival. It is apparently the parents’ choice if a child should be saved at 24 weeks. After 25 weeks, it is no question, the hospital will do everything they can. Before then, when the stats are not so great, it is up to the parents. I cried. She says it is a tough decision. But not really for us. The babies are part of our family already, we feel so attached and love them so much. They have already been causing quite a stir. I believe in miracles and beating the odds. I am trying so hard every day to have faith that “God will Protect.”  Hopefully it is just a precaution and something she has to tell us,  and they will make it to 25 weeks, 28 weeks, 32 weeks and all the other milestones, but right now, I am just really hoping and praying for 25 weeks when they will have a chance at survival. The 25 week date is March 30. it seems so soon. On a better note the babies looked GREAT.
I am now corresponding with a two other ladies who happen to be going through almost the same experience as me. It is nice to talk to someone who has been through the same thing and truly understands my thoughts and fears.
They have both had  TTTS surgery and both are on bed rest, one is having a few complications. And both are having identical boys same as me. We all three see the same doctor and also had surgery by the same doctor.  I met one of the ladies through mutual friends and one through TTTS hope and connections fb page. They live relatively close. I am hoping our boys can meet someday.
Generally I am doing fine, everyone is praying for me and the babies and wanting to check in on us and help. But I am most concerned about my husband. He is an amazing husband and has been so strong in handling this, supporting me and the household, but definitely needs prayer and support as much as or more than me. I just lie around all day. I sleep a lot and take a nap every day. He works a physically demanding full time job (10 hr days), and now rather than sharing chores at home, he has to do 100%, all the grocery shopping and cooking, all the cleaning and taking care of the horses. And that is all before he can help me out, so I try to keep my requests for things to a minimum, I know I shouldn't feel guilty but I do. I know he is so tired when he gets home. I miss him SO much during the day, I love hearing the sound of the garage door opening because i know it is him. He melts my heart.
My gram is the bionic woman I swear, nothing could take her down, not even cancer, surgeries, chemo and radiation. She is a huge prayer warrior and christian. I know if she is praying for me, I will be OK. I probably am not as good about praying because I know she has me covered. While I can pray for a minute, I really think she prays without ceasing. Pretty powerful stuff. So the torch hasn't been passed to me, but I do appreciate my gram and maybe this creates an opportunity for me to learn to develop that way. Besides praying and dealing with her own health issues she has found time to make me a pineapple upside down cake, Coconut Delight, Ham, Salad, Home made chex mix, Home made choc chip cookies. =)
My mom is also helping us..... Cooking a couple nights a week (i loveee my mama's cookin') and cleaning up the house, calling from the grocery store to see if we need a few things, doing laundry, she has been with me everyday for as long as she possibly can. I owe her a lot for coming to my every beckoned call.

My aunt and cousins have also cooked dinner for us one night, brought flowers, and graciously loaned us their expedition for the trip to Houston, I'm not sure how we would have made it in my car, the extra room was much needed.
Today is my last day of strict bed rest, i will go to modified starting tomorrow. There is no telling when or if i will go back on. I will for sure if any issues occur, leaking, bleeding or any abnormal ultrasound, Its like a waiting game with an unknown outcome. I feel like i am walking on a thin sheet of ice. Praying things stay normal. My goal is 34-35 weeks. Right now its 25 weeks. Taking each week as a blessing and an opportunity for the babies to grow and get stronger.
God chose me for TTTS, Im not sure if was to help someone else or if it was to help myself and draw me closer to him. Only he  knows the reason and the plan. I am just trying to stay strong and believe it is all going to work out.

Texas Fetal and Hermann Children's Hospital

Did i mention how much i LOVE my doctors and nurses here.
I could not ask for more.
The Children's hospital where my surgery will take place.

This is Dr. Johnson and Dr. Moise, really funny and down to earth kinda guys.

And here they are in action.

Houston Tx, Stage 3 TTS & Surgery

Well we finally arrived in Houston late yesterday night. After a LONG 8 something hour drive of tossing and turning and back pain like i have never had before. It was dark and rainy when we arrived and of coarse we didn't know our way around, i called 10-12 different hotels trying to get a room and every single one was full....we ended up on "South" Main in Motel 6. Smoky, stinky and just flat gross. The south side explains it well.... I was so tired and exhausted i didn't care. I didn't even eat dinner i was so out of it.
I have been awake since 4 this morning anxious for my appointment. We got there at 9:30 for my 11:00 appointment. lol.
After what seemed like forever, they called me back. I got an ultrasound that lasted forever to, 150 pictures total. They seriously even counted fingers and toes. There was also a medical student learning about TTTS and other people popping in and  out interested in TTTS.
When the doctor came in i was diagnosed with the beginning of stage 3 (which means abnormal blood flow to the donor B), no bladder visible on B and excess fluid in A. I went from stage 1 to stage 3 in 3 days! Our recip (twin A) was up to almost 9cm of fluid also. All of these things combined qualified me for stage 3.
After the ultrasound we had to meet with the doctor again to go over the risks....he drew them out on a white board for us to mentally grasp. He warned that if we didn't act fast we could lose them both over the next few weeks. Risks included pre term labor, ruptured membranes, separation of the membranes, bleeding, leaking, losing one or both....etc. All of these had their own percentages. However on the other hand there is a 70% chance to save 2 babies and a 90% chance to save 1. The trick is keeping them cooking until 30ish weeks.
After that i signed paperwork to donate my placenta, amniotic fluid and blood to them once the babies are born so they can continue research and of coarse i want to help in any way i possibly can to make sure something is being done for future moms and babies because this is so overwhelming and emotional to go through. I can say i did my part.
I had to get blood work and a complete physical after that.
My surgery will be a bit more complicated than most, in return i will have to be fully put to sleep, i will have several incisions vs the typical insertion of the scope and laser all in one. This is because my placenta is anterior and the babies cords connect from two different sides of it, so i doesn't leave them very much room to enter like they normally would. They will also drain fluid off of twin A and of coarse laser all of the connecting vessels between A and B. He said there could be 3 or 30 vessels connecting them, sane he won't know until he gets in there.
The surgery will be at 9am on Friday, we are waiting on one of the surgeons to get here from New Orleans.
I will be in the hospital for 1-2 days depending on how everything is going and the pain level.
All i know is that i am terrified! I have never been to the ER, had a broke bone, been put to sleep.....much less SURGERY. I am really nervous! Anything to help the babies though. That is the only thing keeping me and stable is knowing the babies HAVE to have this no matter what.
At this point we need ALL the prayers we can get. Its all in gods hands now. There is nothing else i can do.

17 Weeks and Houston Texas

Well i will officially be 17 weeks tomorrow. I have been having twice a week fluid checks and ultrasounds from Dr.Stanley.
I have grown to HATE that place, it is like the "office of bad news". Seems like we have been on the downhill slide ever since we started going there.
I am still trying to wrap my head around all of this. The odds of complications, much less twins is slim to nothing. I am a healthy 24 year old, with a healthy lifestyle, a healthy marriage.....WHY ME?
I knew today when he said "lets go in this room and talk", it wasn't going to be good. And it wasn't.
We have been waiting on baby A's fluid to get to 8cm so i can be a candidate for TTTS surgery.
They were 6cm and 1cm at my last visit Tuesday. Today they were 7.22cm and .56cm. He discussed how I'm still borderline for stage 2 TTTS. (even though B is living on nothing)
He also explained how it could possibly be SIUGR (Selective intrauterine growth restriction) where B is living off of a small part of the placenta and is not getting the oxygen/blood/nutrients he needs. And A is growing normal and has the majority of the placenta. Which in that case there is nothing you can do. B will end up with brain damage and in return will cause damage to A since they are connected by blood vessels. The only option is to terminate B. This means they laser his cord and leave him inside. And then A grows normally like a Singleton pregnancy. And the way he put it the decision has to be made quick if this is the case.
He insisted i go ahead and go to my appointment in Houston, TX Wednesday so they can look at it more closely and give me a better idea of whats going on. They deal with this stuff a lot more and have a better idea of which is which and what needs to be done.
Thankfully my mother in law was with me today. I would have been a wreck alone. I'm glad i can count on her. She and Houston's dad will be making the trip with us, I'm glad because we both need the support and Houston will need help driving. We will leave Tuesday and I'm not sure what will happen or how long we will be there. Its so hard dealing with the unknown in this situation.
All i know is we are doing everything in our power to save these babies lives.
Another hard to deal with fact is how on gods green earth can all of these losers have kids, mistreat them, cant afford them, don't take care of them, don't care about them, abort them...you name it. And here me and Houston are, we work hard to have nice things, we have tried to do things right and prepare a nice place to have a family so our kids could have nice things and we get the short end of the stick. I know i shouldn't think like that but at this point its so hard not to.
Its hard to have a pregnancy like this. I have not bought one single thing, i have not been happy one single day. You wake up every morning worrying, all day everyday. Thinking about all the options 24/7. I lay in bed at night with my mind racing. I don't even want to tell people I'm having twins now, i don't want to be asked about my pregnancy and i don't know what i am going to do if i lose one and get questioned about it. I am really not sure how much more i can handle.
Thoughts on all of this is:
-How can you terminate B and leave him in there and have to see him at all of the ultrasounds and know he is not alive in there?........It would break my heart.
-Can they tell if there is damage to B already?
-Is the laser surgery for TTTS more risky for A than the Cord coagulation for SIUGR?
-I need more facts, recommendations, to be guided in the right direction.....
Here is a video on all of it if you are interested in watching.

Jeremiah 17:7-8
But blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD whose confidence is in him. He will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit."

TTTS STAGE 1

"God, grant me the Serenity to accept the things I cannot change, Courage to change the things I can and the Wisdom to know the difference."
~Reinhold Neibuhr

Well as you all already know we officially have TTTS. Baby A (Hudson) Is in 6cm of fluid and weighs 5oz, Baby B(Hunter) is in little to no fluid and weighs 4oz, Dr. Stanley had a hard time seeing a bladder due to him having such little fluid.
There are so many questions and decisions and unknowns. Its something you HAVE to take day by day because it could change for the better or take a turn for the worst at any min.
Usually TTTS babies are weeks apart growth wise (more than 20%). Mine aren't. Also, usually the recipient baby (A) Is in more than 8cm of fluid. Mine is still considered normal at 6cm. But the donor baby (B) is already in danger with his fluid level. I'm not sure how he survives with none or when it starts effecting his growth. So my doctor used the word "borderline" to describe me.
I just knew when i went to the doctor Fri everything was going to be fine. I got let down. Which is not a good thing this early on.
I keep thinking about the odds of all of this happening...from twins...to identical twins....to ttts....there is hardly a chance for any of it.
Back to my doctor. He said ironically he had sent 2 other ladies to Houston for surgery this week....he said it is rare that this happens. He said it comes in spurts though. He called down to Houston after i left to talk to the surgeon about me and to see if the second lady had needed the surgery once she got down there. He called me shortly after and let me know that he and the surgeon decided that he would see me Tue (tomorrow) and see where we needed to go from there. They cant do surgery until stage 2 because it is so risky, and with stage 1 you at least have a chance of it turning around. Still i was borderline, i am praying to god above for a miracle before tomorrow. I just want these babies to here and for us to all 4 just live happily ever after. Pregnancy has NOT been a fun time for me, after a miscarriage and now this. I will be the happiest person alive once i know they are here and ok. Once i started talking about it on FB. My hairdresser said she had a friend going through the same thing....i was thinking, well how odd is that. So i messaged her on FB and it happened to be the lady my Dr. was calling to check on when he called about me.....I am glad i have someone to visit with who knows how i feel now. She hasnt had the surgery and has remained in stage 1 for 4 weeks now. She is split on what to do as far as treatment options. I feel sorry for her. This is the most terrible thing to have to go though.  I just want to be normal and have a normal pregnancy. Its almost unfair.
Just please keep praying for us as we try to stay strong and faithful.

NURSERY IDEAS!

COLORS, TEXTURES AND PATTERNS!
I am not going with an actual theme for the babies room.
I don't like "themes" its too boring and they cant really grow with it.
And you cant really make it gender neutral if needed (hoping that's the case).
I have a VERY funky style and this could get interesting. Lol.
I like vintage, rustic and bold. I also like modern and simple.
I like calm neutral colors as well.
We have decided the babies will share a room for a while, possibly even a crib for the first few months. (We will see how well it works)
I think it will be easier until they start waking each other up and rolling over on each other.
And per all the advice Ive gotten, its the way to go.
A very nice friend of mine gave me a crib and changing table which is dark and matches the trim in my house perfectly!
We will start out with that for both babies and will buy a  second when we find one we like, because no matter what we are going to need another at some point, that's a given.
If they can't sleep together for some reason we will need it for a back up.
I am for sure sticking to the dark wood cribs and not the white ones that are in most of the nurseries in these pics. Most of those houses have white trim and molding and so the bed fits in well.
Ours has dark knotty alder.
I like them but they are just not me. They dont fit in with our house nor our lifestyle.
We have barnyard feet, dirty hands and two little curious weenie dogs who i can see jumping up on the cribs to check on their new brothers! Lol. Not a good mix for a pretty white crib.

15 WEEKS (3DAYS)

How far along? 15 Weeks, 3 Days
Total weight gain/loss: Not sure now. Im too afraid to look when they weigh me.
Maternity clothes? 1 pair of maternity leggings and luckily someone gave me some maternity jeans. I offically outgrew my jeans over the weekend and my dress pants are on their last string.
Stretch marks? No.
Sleep: Up at least 2 4 times a night to pee and tossing and turning.
Best moment this week: Buying a few preemie sleepers. I couldnt resist. My mother in law bought some to, so that makes me feel better.
Have you told family and friends: Yes!
Miss Anything? My blonde hair (i have already let my hair dresser know i cant take it.)
Movement: Flutters at times.
Food cravings: None.
Anything making you queasy or sick: Yes, BOOST! I seriously can barely look at them without gagging. Having to drink 3-4 a day.

Have you started to show yet: Yes, but i can still hide it pretty well.
Gender prediction: They are BOYSSSS! YAY!
Labor Signs: No
Belly Button in or out? In
Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or Moody most of the time:  Scared Terrified.
Weekly Wisdom: TTTS is the FIRST thing women need to think about when they find out they are carrying identical twins.
Looking forward to: Friday, my high risk appointment, they called today and moved me up, it was Mon. To check fluid levels and the babies growth.
Dear god let it be BETTER or worst case STABLE.

PRAY...PRAY..PRAY!

(B)Hunter & (A)Hudson
Hunter is the smaller one 3 days behind Hudson and has less amniotic fluid, thats why he is a little harder to see.
Im praying for a miracle in 2 weeks when we go back to the doctor that the fluid has evened out or atleast stays stable until 26 weeks wich is when the babies can survive on the outside.
Commit everything you do to the Lord. Trust Him, and He will help you. Be still in the presence of the Lord, and wait patiently for Him to act.
Psalm 37:5,7

14 weeks.... is that a SQUIRREL?

My hubby ALWAYS makes me laugh. He knows i am stressed beoynd stressed right now. And worried and scared almost to the point its unbearable. I cry atleast once or twice a day, it just overwhelms me.
When i told him i didnt want to do a 14 week board he clearly disagreed. And even though it may not be accurate with the size of the babies (yes thats a squirrel)....lol. Its the thought that counts and it made me feel a little better. I walked in the room and seen his masterpiece and i was at a loss of words. Ha.
I refused to take a picture with it bc i have not looked the best the last few days nor have i felt the best but i promised him i would put this up anyway.

14 Weeks 3 Days...Back on the roller coaster.

I haven't did a board this week and i am thinking about not doing one. We found out yesterday we are having identical BOYS (Hudson and Hunter). Yay!!! We were beyond excited! Everything looked awesome as she was measuring every inch and body part. Twin B (Hunter) is still 3 days behind Twin A (Hudson), which he has been all along. Both moving great and measuring great.

Then Dr. Stanley came in to have a look. He pointed out that the babies have different levels of amniotic fluid surrounding them.Which is a sign of TTTS (Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome).
It is where identical twins who share the same placenta either have to much or to little fluid which lead to major issues. There are 5 stages of progression. 1 in every 70,000 set of identical twins get TTTS. Sometimes it stays in stage 1 which is just uneven levels of fluid. If it goes to stage 2 i will have to go out of state for a risky placenta surgery to laser the blood vessels that connect the two babies so they cant steal from eachother.
If left un treated one or both of the babies can die due to different reasons.
Ive been doing LOTS of research and as long as they are 20% of eachother and not progressing they will be ok.
The doctor did a GREAT job of scaring me. He went straight to explaing death for the babies and surgery and to be honest my head was spinning and i had to ask Houston what all he said when we got home that night. I was planning on finding out the genders and going shopping! Instead i cried and cried in the parking lot after Houston left for work. I cried all day. I wanted him to stay at home with me and just hold me. I couldnt believe i had THIS feeling again....afraid to buy anything incase something happens and then you have to look at it......the afraid to be happy feeling.....the numb and empty feeling......WHY ME???? AGAIN???? Just when you look foward to something happy and possibly an end to the miscarriage fears. If we wouldnt have already had names i probably wouldnt even have named them. We are now back on the emotional roller coaster.
So i am on 4 Boost high protien shakes a day, plus normal meals and pre natal vitamins and extra foilc acid and protien bars......I feel like i could pop or puke any min.
The protien is supposed to help the placenta and babies so im trying my best bc im all for anything i can do that helps.
I go back to Dr. Stanley 2 weeks to check the fluid and growth of the babies and get a better idea on whats going on. I go to Dr. Lashbrook the following week, she dosent know about all of this. Im thinking about seeing if Dr. Stanley delivers and if i can just transfer to him since ill have to see him SO much anyway....it crazy to pay 2 doctors for ones work...he is high risk and a specialist. Makes me feel ALOT better.
I am a wreck. Im sure bed rest is just around the corner for me.....GREAT, so i can lay at home and be depressed all day...all week....and just think.
I knew something bad was around the corner, it was just too good to be true to have no sickness, no symptoms....This tops it all.
I may have a little pessimistic attitude toward it all but if you would have heard him you would to.
Even though they are A OK right now, it could take a turn for the worst at any minute.
We need LOTS of prayers and thoughts....LOTSSSS. Im not sure how this is all going to end up but im trying to believe and stay positive as best as i can. I just want the babies to be ok. =(
Please Pray for us.

GOODBYE HARD WORK AND LAST SUMMERS BODY!

Let me be the first to say.......
When you look decent, you don't really realize it until you don't look like it anymore. Lol.
I'm taking it as it goes.
I busted my ass last summer to look like this and these pics will be my motivation to kick ass again after the babies are born.
Winter is always a lazy....couped up...eating fest in the first place.
I'm usually at least tanning to make up for it.....Nooooo, not this winter.
And top that off with a little dose of pregnancy, not to mention twins and it just does not do a body good. Lol.
Dear body and blonde hair,
i will see you soon!

13 WEEKS 3 DAYS! 2nd Ultrasound!

BABY B

                                                                          BABY A

13 WEEKS!

Sorry for the delay in posting.
This board has been a little more time consuming than i thought.
My gram and new baby niece have both been in the hospital lately
and that has held it up a little as well.
I kinda just threw something together and didn't spend much time on this one. Not to mention i look like crap after a long day at work. And its hanging crooked as hell on my wall.
But hey, its the pic of the bump that matters the most anyway right?
Also instead of the normal little questionnaire with the same ol questions, i think i am going mix it up a little and just tell you whats been up!
I have gotten to eat Buffalo Wild Wings twice since that's what i have been craving like a mad dog! I'm kinda over it at this point. Not been craving anything, just been hungry. I have to eat/snack ever 3 hours or i feel like i could faint. lol.
Still have no typical pregnancy symptoms.....The babies have been good to their momma so far....hope they can keep it up =)
I am finding it hard to get in comfortable positions to sleep, i know i am suppose to be sleeping on my left side but i am a stomach sleeper and it is pure HELL.
And the the frequent trips to the bathroom at night to add to the mix....I am up to 3x. Lol. And its JUST starting....lol.
On Monday we had our second appointment with Dr.Lashbrook.
I was sooo nervous and my blood pressure was high when they initially checked it. After some laying down and relaxing it went back to normal.
She said she would like me to go 37 weeks which would make the due date June 22nd. She said i might only go to 35 though. And bed rest was mentioned again. Blahhhh!
Oh and oddly enough i hadn't gained one single pound since the last visit! Holy Moly! Those little bambinos must be hungry!
We got more pics of the babies and got to see them moving around again, and they looked great and were the size they needed to be! I also seen the dentist and eye doctor all in the same day. Hey i need to be in tip top condition for this little journey that's about to happen! Lol.
Also this week we did the pencil/string/needle test just for fun.
My aunt Trisha said it has worked on numerous people she knows including my sister and cousin. So we did it twice and each time it said boy/girl. Sure hope it is right.
I have been seeking out every woman i know who has had multiples and asking all the questions i can.
So far the 3 people i know who has went to the same high risk doctor as me have found out the genders at 10, 12 and 13 weeks.
I will be a little over 14 weeks when i go Monday! Eeeeeek!
I cant wait for the 3d ultrasound!
I almost don't want to know in a way... because if there are 2 girls....Houston is going to SHIT! And i don't want to deal with him for another 6 months not to mention the rest of our lives....lol. Poor Houston will be over ran by girls!
Lets get back to hoping for 2 boys, 2 little team ropers...the next generation of the MRCA rodeos. Blah blah....
Boy/Girl would be the ideal situation.
As long as they are HEALTHY i will be HAPPY and i know he will to!

First Trimester Loves!

1.MUSTELA STRETCH MARKS SURVIVAL KIT-
Seriously been using this stuff religiously. I hate the smell
of Palmer's and Cocoa Butter and most lotion that serves a purpose but Mustela smells amazing.
I got the kit which includes a hydration lotion and the stretch marks cream,
it is a little pricey but when i found out there was 2 in the oven and
not 1....i decided i gotta get serious in this area.
2.BURT'S BEES MAMA BEE BELLY BUTTER-
A thick scentless alternative to the Mustela at more than 1/2 the price.
Some times i mix them, some times i use them both back to back.
If nothing else its a great back up.
3.BURT'S BEES MAMA BEE NOURISHING BODY OIL-
This oil smells like lemons!!! I let it soak in while I'm in the shower (not the way to apply, but like i said I'm going all out) lol, wash it off
and the apply it before the Mustela. It has Vitamin E in it and it is really light weight.
Its not sticky and its even safe enough to use on the babies.
4.CRYSTAL LIGHT SKIN ESSENTIALS DRINK MIX-
Sooooooo sick of water.....But this stuff amps it up a little bit.
I carry a stash around in my purse, in my desk at work and i keep it at home.
And even better, its good for your skin..(which again i am really going to need) It was actually developed with nutritionist and dermatologist. It contains antioxidants, vitamins and plant extract such as lutein and zeaxanthin to help nourish the skin.
5.BELLI ELASTICITY BELLY OIL-
Belli is a physician-formulated product. I bought it because it says "To prepare your body for stretching"....lol. Its prob my least favorite smelling product so far, it supposed to smell like lavender...i don't think so...and its a heavier oil than the Burt's Bees. Its also a lot more expensive. But if it works, hey I'm all for it. We shall see. The aromatherapy benefit of lavender is supposed to help you sleep also.
6.A PEA IN THE POD MATERNITY LEGGINGS-
I have seriously worn these at least twice a week (and on the weekends) since i bought them. They have a fleece type lining in them and they are thick so you cant see through them. They do not have the panel in the belly area (i cant force myself to wear jeans or pants with the panel yet). They come up high enough and are loose enough that they don't cut me and what little bump i have in half though.
SOOOO COMFY!
7.SCARVES-
My total obsession right now. I bet i have 20+.
I like the light, thin ones. And if you know me....the funkier, the better.
They are long enough to cover up my mini bump and boobs i have accumulated lately, and they are just enough to dress up something plain. The light ones can be worn in the spring and summer as well. (Which is when i will need them the most).
